Writer & Teacher
Who am I as a writer?
I am a heartfelt novice with a love of words. They express who I am and what I can be. And like arrows flying across the universe, I hope they find a place in your heart.
What can I offer?
I write about who we all are, the best of us lying sometimes hidden inside and difficult to find. My writings are about the search for understanding, the pitfalls we all face, and the eternal hope that remains. The human condition interests us, so we might change for the better when we look. These are the things I write about. I can share with you what is in my heart and soul, and if that helps you on your path in life, then I am happy and will feel that my life has meaning.
I write about yoga’s promise, its different aspects, and our search for union. For example, I love to talk about the eight limbs of yoga, particularly Ahimsa. What can be more important than the idea of living without violence and aggression? Ahimsa is eternity and what remains for us to find. It is a beautiful and peaceful journey.
Writer & Teacher
I’ve got a long history, I suppose, for good and bad. I’ve been teaching teachers for 30 years. Still, my strivings are never over; they continue as a stream flows silently over the troubled terrain on its way to the sea. The river cannot stop, for that is nature’s way, and I cannot stop, for I am part of the way of the world.
The heart calls out, and no one hears it. A sparrowhawk looks to the sky and only drinks from the rain. The yearning is everything.
A fanciful name, this time in Spanish. What could it mean? I mean, bacon in your quinoa?
We were talking about the space between us allAnd the people who hide themselves behind a wall of illusionNever glimpse the truth, then it’s far too late when they pass awayWe were talking about the love we all could share.
I am someone who tries to follow what the Buddha said:
“I have learned three things: How to think, fast, and wait.”
I’m pretty good with two out of three. The fasting part, not so much.
My contribution to world peace might not be very much, but I have given everything I can to reach a goal that I consider sacred.
